This previously unreleased album includes the songs Greatest Gifts From Heaven, Kansas City Blues and Vamp In C

Band lineup includes rock and blues luminaries, including Barry Goldberg (piano, organ), Nick Gravenites (vocals, guitar) and Mark Naftalin (keyboard)

Recorded by legendary producer Norman Dayron (who also produced albums for Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Paul Butterfield and others)

Mike Bloomfield was one of America’s greatest artists of the ’60s—’70s; their country’s answer to Eric Clapton. A skilled guitarist, arranger and writer, Bloomfield popularized his blues heroes’ tunes to an unaware teen audience so they could hear where rock ‘n' roll’s roots originated. Many years after his passing, Bloomfield still exerts a gravitational pull over anyone who heard his ground breaking blend of blues-rock guitar power and modal improvisation.
